In Poland from the early 1990’s; worked on a private equity project with the UK Know How Fund; Director in Poland Corporate Finance, and earlier in Copernicus Finance Polska and Armada Corporate Finance; led various privatisation initiatives in public transport, water and energy as part of the EU Phare programme;
Graduate of King’s College Cambridge, MBA from Henley Management College, qualified ICAEW Corporate Finance Advisor.
